Materials needed for Turkish Bazlama; 500 g flour, 1 dessertspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 1 packet of Pakmaya Sourdough Bread Mix, 500 ml of warm water. It is prepared with a yeast dough recipe and is a type of thick bread baked in a pan. It can be named differently in each region according to the degree of its thickness. After cooking, it can be easily stored in the freezer. You can eat it with butter.

Bazlama recipe, Flour, salt, granulated sugar and sourdough bread mix are taken into a kneading bowl. 500 ml of warm water is added and a soft dough is obtained. The dough is left to ferment for about 1 hour. The dough is sprinkled with flour and kneaded by hand. The dough is divided into equal sized pieces. After each piece is rolled, it is rolled out with a rolling pin to make it thinner. It is left for 15-20 minutes to ferment again. Doughs with yeast are cooked on both sides in a heated pan.
