Turkish Honey, is a very useful food that is formed by the chemical
change of nectar, which is swallowed by bees from flowers and fruit buds, in
the organs called honey stomach by the invertase enzyme and placed in the
honeycomb cells in the hive. The difference in the color, sugar balance and
taste of honey is entirely due to the collected nectar. It gives the scent of
honey, the aromatic essential oils in the flowers, which is also the oil that
provides the fragrance of the flowers.
